SMS / Text Messaging Terms

MYAZBNB.COM offers a text-messaging program to help guests manage their reservation. This page describes how the program works, how you consent, and how to opt out.

How you opt in (consent)

Consent is optional and is never required to book or to purchase anything. On our booking form and contact form you provide your mobile number and may check two separate, independent, unchecked-by-default consent boxes on the same form as the phone field:

• Reservation (transactional) texts: "I agree to receive reservation-related text messages (booking confirmation, check-in details, balance reminders) from MYAZBNB.COM at the mobile number above. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
• Promotional texts (optional): "(Optional) I also agree to receive promotional text messages about special offers and discounts from MYAZBNB.COM. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."

You must actively check a box to opt in to that message type. If you do not opt in, all communication about your reservation will be sent by email only.

What messages you'll receive

If you opt in to reservation texts you'll receive recurring automated transactional messages related to your reservation, such as booking confirmations, pre-arrival and check-in details, balance/payment reminders, add-on offers, and a post-stay review request. If you separately opt in to promotional texts you may also receive occasional special offers and discounts. Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity.

Opt out & help

Privacy
